She helped him and the Straw Hats escape from the wrath of her mother. Vinsmoke Reiju is the elder sister of Sanji and the only daughter of the Vinsmoke family. Thus she is theofficial princess of the Germa Kingdom. Every One Piece fan won’t be able to forget the heartbreaking story of the young slave girl that the Fisher Tiger, a Fish-Man, saved. When Koala was a young child, she was kidnapped and sold to the Celestial Dragons as a slave. When Fisher Tiger assaulted Mary Geoise in the past, Koala and several other slaves were set free at that time. The Sun Pirates later assisted her in returning to her house. This was a huge turning point in her life, which led to her becoming one of the best female characters in One Piece.
She was severely traumatized while she was a slave, as was evident when she boarded the ship of the Sun Pirates. Koala made the decision to enlist in the Revolutionary Army at the age of 14 despite her traumatic history. Ulti started to capture the attention of the fans after the Wano Country arc. She isone of the Tobiroppo of the Beast Pirates. She has powerful ancient Zoan-type devil fruit powers, which allow her to transform into a pachycephalosaurus. “The worst thing about betrayal is that it never comes from the enemy,”and we know Kalifa was a CP9 member working as a spy with several other members under the Galley-La company. They were working hard to get the blueprints of the ancient weapon Pluton from Iceburg, and hence, we witnessed a twist in the story with a betrayal. Kalifa has since been promoted to CP0, which speaks volumes about the power upgrades she has now.
As an antagonist, Kalifa shined well and captivated the hearts of the audience. She is the only female member of the CP9 at that time and ate the Awa Awa no Mi, which gave her distinct soap-based abilities. She is also well-versed in Rokushiki techniques and possesses great strength. She is much similar to Sanji as she uses her legs in combat.
18. Kozuki Hiyori
The alluring beauty Kozuki Hiyori is the daughter of the renowned Kozuki Oden and Kozuki Toki. So, this makes Kozuki Momonusuke her elder brother. As many fans are familiar, she was left all alone after her parents were killed and her brother time-traveled forward in time. From her childhood, she had to endure many hardships and struggles to survive in the country. She changed her name to Komurasaki and worked as an oiran to hide her real identity.

19. Kurozumi Tama
Kurzomi O-Tama is the adorable little girl who has been stealing the show in the latest Wano Country arc (one of thebest new One Piece arcs). She is training to become a Kunoichi under Shinobu right now. As everyone might know, she became a friend of Ace when he visited Wano and considered Ace to be an elder brother, just like how she sees Luffy now. She wishes to become a great ninja and wants to join the Straw Hats one day.
O-Tama is just 8 years old and is already a brave child, as seen in the show. She bravely joined the Raid on Onigashima as her powers were able to turn the tables during the war. She possesses the devil fruit powers of Kibi Kibi no Mi, which is a subtly great power that enables any animal who ate her dango to become loyal to her and obey her orders. While this effect will wear off after a month, it luckily helped turn the tides during the raid. This little girl stole the show and became one of the best female characters in One Piece fans’ hearts.
20. Viola
Viola isthe crown princess of Dressrosa island. She is the second daughter of King Riku and the younger sister of the late Scarlett. Viola was able to sneak in as a spy into the Donquixote Pirates and had an amazing devil fruit power. She served as a major supporting character and an important ally of the Straw Hats for the rest of the arc.
Viola is a very brave woman and an extremely loyal character. She went to the lengths of losing her own freedom to save her dad’s life. And after all that, she strived to free her country from the tyrannical rule of Donquixote Doflamingo. And so, Viola is one of the most fierce and bold women we have ever seen in One Piece.
21. Baby 5
FYI, Baby 5 is not this character’s real name but her code name when she worked as an assassin in the Donquixote Pirates. Herreal name hasn’t been revealedin the show and now lives a happy life with her husband Sai. Despite being introduced as a minor antagonist, after a turn of events, she became one of the allies of theStraw Hat Pirates.
Like many of the other best female characters on this list, Baby 5 also hasgone through a dark phasein her life. She was called useless by her own mother who abandoned her. This incident played a major role in her life, which is why she won’t reject them if anyone asks her a favor. She is happy to help people around her but is misused by many for that same reason. In One Piece, Baby 5 is a complex character and an emotional person, but luckily, she is now in good hands with Sai. Hope we can see her again sometime!
22. Vinsmoke Sora
Sora was the wife of Vinsmoke Judge, i.e. the queen of the Germa Kingdom. She is the mother of Sanji, Reiju, Ichiji, Yonji, and Niji. She had a deep love for her children and was protective of them. Thus, when Judge tried to enhance the genetics of his children, she tried her best to put an end to it. She went to great lengths, sacrificing her own life to see her kids grow up as normal human beings with human emotions.

Bell-mère was anEx-Marineand lived in the Conomi Islands. Sherescued and adopted Nami and Nojiko, so she was their adoptive mother. Bell-mère was a brave and courageous woman who took up the responsibility to raise two kids on her own and succeeded. She was well-respected by her fellow villagers.
Unfortunately, she was killed by Arlong when he infiltrated their village. But before dying, she made sure to keep the girls safe and did all she could to survive. She passed away like a warrior and the fans consider her one of the best female characters in One Piece.
24. Dadan
Curly Dadan is the boss of the Dadan Family and the whole family is called Mountain Bandits. She is a friend of Monkey D. Garp and that’s one of the reasons whyAce and Luffy were left with her by Garp. Despite being a harsh caregiver at first, she took the two boys in and raised them well. She also took in Sabo when the trio used to hang out together as kids.
Curly Dadan refused to show her caring side to the boys but loved and cared for them as her own children. She filled the hole of the missing mother figure in not only Luffy’s life but also in Ace and Sabo’s life. She even beat up Garp when he visited the village after the Marineford Incident for not saving Ace. That showed her true love for her children and made fans appreciate her even more.

Tsuru is a Vice Admiral in the Marines. One should note that she was considered a powerful character as she was working withSengoku, and Garpduring their primes. She was confirmed to train along with these mighty characters. Fast forward to today, she is a rather wise character and possesses immense knowledge about everything.

Uta is a famous diva in the world of One Piece. But before that, she is the adoptive daughter of the legendary red-haired pirate Shanks. Like the past repeating itself, she was found in a treasure chest by Shanks and his crew. Shanks raised Uta and her whole life story was conveyed in the blockbuster One Piece Film: Red. Smoothie is regarded to be the second strongest after Katakuri, as evidenced by her astounding bounty amount. While we haven’t seen or heard much from her recently, her bounty is a testament that she is one of the strongest female characters in One Piece. She is one of the dominating members of the Big Momfamily and pirates. Her character has made her a huge hit with her followers as well.
29. Makino
Makino-san is one of the first characters introduced in the show (debuted in chapter 1). She owns a bar known as Partys Bar and serves as the bartender in the Foosha Village. And for those who forgot, Foosha Village is the hometown of our Luffy. She was seen as a close friend of Shanks and was a mother/ sister-like figure in Luffy’s life. Makino may not have a lot of screen time in the anime, but she is one of the best female characters in One Piece.
Makino is a well-known character around her village and is a kind woman by nature. As mentioned earlier, she was very fond of Luffy and always supported his dreams. She also gave Luffy food when he was a kid, thus, she served as the Ichiraku ramen guy namely Teuchi from Naruto for him. Kaya is a wealthy girl from Syrup Village (Hometown of Usopp). Although she hasn’t made any appearances lately, OG fans still remember her and miss her calm demeanor. Kaya was a frail woman but she has since improved a lot and working hard to become a doctor in the show.
