Armadillo is the Winner of Minecraft Live Mob Vote 2023

More than a week and a large petition later, we have got the result of this year’s mob vote. The mob that’s going to be added to the game in the next major Minecraft update has just been announced during the Minecraft Live 2023 event. So everyone, please make some noise for the winner of Minecraft Mob Vote 2023 –Armadillo!

Yes, that’s right everybody, armadillo is the new mob that’s coming to the game with theMinecraft 1.21 updatenext year! This cute animal will live in the warm climate of savanna biomes. Moreover, it willdrop scuteitems and players will be able to use them to craft armor for theirtamed wolves in Minecraft. This will make your loyal companions even more useful and strong in the fights against hostile mobs. Will the armadillos drop these items when they grow up, similarly to turtles? Or perhaps when a different condition is met?
