Frying Table Revealed in Latest Minecraft 1.21 Leak

A fresh leak for the Minecraft 1.21 update was revealed recently, and it comes directly from the game developer. And well, this one strangely makes a lot of sense but nobody really saw it coming. So, let’s get straight to discussing the frying table leak in Minecraft 1.21.

Frying Table Coming in Minecraft 1.21?

Some members of the community have carefully analyzed thelatest videoon the Minecraft YouTube channel and found a clue as to what new features we can expect in future snapshots.

As shown in the screenshot below, there are multiple tabs open on the developer’s screen and one of them clearly reads – “Frying table“. Yes, that’s right, a frying table might be coming to the game in Minecraft 1.21!

So this could only mean one thing – we could be getting thefirst real cooking utility blockin the game. But that’s not all. If Mojang does end up implementing this block, that would hopefully mean a complete overhaul of the food system.

After all, Minecraft is primarily a survival game, but thehunger system is so oldand hasn’t been updated like ever. So, this would be a great opportunity for Mojang to get back to this old mechanic and upgrade it, similarly to what they’ve been doing with otherMinecraft 1.21 features.

Yes, we have got afurnaceand a smoker in the game, and they each have their uses. But imagine a block that would only be for food-crafting. A block where you could insert ingredients and wait for a little while for them to be transformed into something powerful and nutritious. Maybe even more powerful than golden apples and enchanted golden apples?

When you think about it, frying table would make a lot of sense, as Minecraft 1.21 update is all about combat. And what feature goes hand in hand with combat? It’s eating food to replenish your health and energy! Perhaps, the frying table would even be able toenhance the foodwith special status effects, so you don’t need to carrypotionswith you.

But did Mojang developers forget to close/ hide this tab from the community or did they expose it on purpose? Maybe they’re playing a prank on us, but we’ll still want the frying table in Minecraft 1.21! So, please let us have it, pretty please! What do you think about the frying table?
