- After the above command has finished regenerating the locale,open the .bashrc fileusing this command in the Terminal:
sudo vim .bashrc
- Once the file opens in the Vim editor in the Terminal, copy and paste the following lines at the end of the.bashrcfile.

- After adding these, you need to exit the vim editor. For that, you first need topress the “Esc” key and then type “:w”to save and exit the file.
Verify the Changes Made
